Email us at info@packlutions.com within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or full/partial refund. Claims after 3 days won’t be accepted.
Wrong Product:
If you received the wrong item, email us within 3 days. We’ll send the correct item and arrange pickup for the incorrect one.
Food Compatibility:
We don’t offer refunds if the packaging doesn’t suit your specific food item.
Product De-shaped or damaged: Any goods that have been written on or defaced in any way will not be eligible for return.
Return Item Safety:
Due to our food safety requirements, to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
Shipping Cost:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returned Item Location:
You will be advised of the address to send your returned item(s) when you are contacted by a company representative. Do not send your item(s) back to a location which has not been pre-agreed, or you will not be eligible for a return or an exchange.
