2. Products are subjected to availability
The website is updated daily, but in the event of the non-availability of any goods you order, we may offer a reasonable substitute. Alternatively, you will be refunded in full. If the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly.
3. Delivery
Our delivery time frames:
Karachi: If your order is received before 12 pm on a working day, it will be dispatched next day. Any orders received after 12 pm will be dispatched in 2 business days.
Other than Karachi: 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you register on the website.
